課程概述 |
This course aims to equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills to navigate the digital landscape of business resilience. The course will feature case studies and collaborate with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Taiwan to provide students with a realistic overview.
The course will begin by examining the primary drivers of digital innovation and discussing the key concepts and frameworks. We partner with AWS, the leading provider of cloud solutions, to demonstrate how their cloud-based solutions are utilized by companies to meet strategic digital innovation objectives. In module 2, we will explore the impact of digital innovation on organizational and strategic management landscapes, focusing on current digital trends. For the final module, our focus will shift to the broader marketplace, and we will discuss the core legal and ethical trends affecting the global marketplace. |

· The key digital trends and how they change companies’ management and strategic environments.
· The critical ethical and legal discussions accompanying these changes.
· The steps a company can take to improve its digital resilience.
· How cloud adoption is increasingly critical to company competitiveness in today's market. |
課程要求 |
The project of this class will be focused on real strategic problems faced by companies navigating digital adoption. At the start of the semester, these questions will be provided by AWS and will form the basis of the class project. |
